Toyota RAV4 Thefts and CCTV Appeal

Over the last few days we have had reports of Toyota RAV4s being stolen from Bakewell area and surrounding villages without keys.  

Were you in the areas during the relevant times, did you see anything suspicious?  We are appealing for witnesses, dashcam footage, cctv or ring doorbell footage in the areas of;

Haddon Road, Bakewell between 14/10/25 2200hrs until 15/10/25 1015hrs 

Coldwell End, Youlgreave between 15/10/25 2200hrs until 16/10/25 0730hrs

This appears to be a well known fault on RAV4s and we would recommend you contact your dealer to oobtain furtehr details.  

We are urging anybody who owns a RAV4 to use additional security devices to protect their vehicle being targeted.
